CHRISTI L. NERONI, ESQUIRE

Christi graduated from Waynesburg College in 1985. After college, Christi worked for a large title insurance / vendor management company for five (5) years where she worked on residential real estate transactions across the country as a Regional Manager / Team Leader and in the company’s Risk Management Department. Christi then joined one of the top law firms in the City of Pittsburgh as a real estate paralegal where she worked for five (5) years on multi-state commercial real estate transactions. She attended law school in the evenings while working during the day as a paralegal and graduated in 2000 from Duquesne University School of Law. Christi then joined one of the ten largest law firms in the City of Pittsburgh as an associate where she practiced real estate law and became Vice President of TARES, the firms wholly owned title insurance subsidiary. In 2007 Christi joined United General Title Insurance Company as Underwriting Counsel for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. While servicing title insurance agencies though her work as underwriting counsel, she saw the need for agencies to have a reliable resource to supplement staffing needs and the expertise needed to handle all types of transactions. To fill this missing piece, Agency Assist Outsource Solutions, LLC was formed in 2008, providing title insurance agencies and real estate professional with options.

Christi is a Past President of Commercial Real Estate Women Pittsburgh where she served on the Board of Directors for six (6) years. She is a Past Chair of the Women in the Law Division of the Allegheny County Bar Association and currently serves as a committee member for the Real Estate Section of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
